Human Error Management (HEM) in the Data Center: For years the industry has known that 70% of data center outages are caused by Human Error, yet none of the data center standards address this issue beyond a slight acknowledgement. Or, there are some standards that focus on “operations” and believe they address Human Error, but they really don’t.
